Title: Guiding Disability Professionals Through the Complexity
Presenter: Mrs. Robin Jones, Director of Great Lakes ADA Center
Mrs. Robin Jones will lead this featured pre-conference session to discuss more complex accommodations such as attendance flexibility, accessible technology, emotional support animals, and an overview of relevant higher education related OCR or legal cases to discuss their implications of the work of the DS Professional.

The ultimate goal of his presentations is to lead people to personal insights that help them live happier, healthier and more productive lives. It all adds up to something more, something that stays with you long after he’s done speaking.

From Holland: I-196 East to US-131 South. Take US-131 South to the Pearl Street exit (keep to the right of the on-ramp to US-131 as this becomes the off-ramp for Pearl Street). Turn right on Pearl Street for one block to the Robert C. Pew Grand Rapids Campus. Approximately 30 miles from Holland. From Kalamazoo: US-131 North to the Pearl Street Exit, #85B. Turn left onto Pearl Street and proceed one block beyond the US-131 overpass to our campus. Approximately 50 miles from Kalamazoo. From Muskegon: I-96 East to US-131 South.
